The most common reason why most people have their pet clipped is to remove mats from their coat. This is when the fur tangles together and forms a knot (also known as mats). Mats can alter your pets behaviour due to it pulling on their skin and causing them  extreme pain. It will also costs more to groom your pet as it takes hours to remove the mats from your pets coat.

Other reasons would have to be for your pets appearance and preventing mats developing. This is when your Poodle, Maltese or King Charles is mat free and looks his/her best. We recommend that you have your pet groomed every 3-4 weeks. Keeping your pets hair at a reasonable length is easy to maintain and looks like your pet spent hours in the salon and people will really notice the difference.
